By accessing or using the Contract & Closings website at contractandclosings.com (the "Site"), including any communication features such as our contact form, intake form, live chat, and consultation booking tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Description of Services
The Site provides information about the legal services offered by Contract & Closings, including but not limited to real estate contract review, closing services, title searches, and legal consultation. The Site also provides the following communication features:
- Contact Form — Allows you to send general inquiries to our team via an online form.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Use of the Site and its communication features does not create an attorney-client relationship. Submitting a contact form, intake form, live chat message, or booking a consultation does not establish a legal representation agreement between you and Contract & Closings. An attorney-client relationship is only formed when a written engagement agreement has been signed by both parties.
Information exchanged through the Site's communication features should not be considered legal advice. Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through these channels until an attorney-client relationship has been formally established.
4. Acceptable Use of Communication Features
When using the Site's communication features, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in all form submissions
- Use the communication features only for their intended purpose of inquiring about or engaging legal services

We reserve the right to refuse service, disable access to communication features, or disregard submissions that violate these Terms.
5. Communication and Response Times
While we strive to respond to all inquiries promptly, we do not guarantee specific response times for messages received through the contact form, intake form, live chat, or consultation booking features. Submission of a form or chat message does not obligate us to respond or to accept you as a client. The live chat feature may not be monitored at all times, and automated responses may be used when our team is unavailable.

The Site integrates with third-party services to provide communication features. These services include:
